Most digital art bundles are delivered as standard `.zip` archives. You can double-click a `.zip` file on Windows or Mac to extract the high-resolution PNG, SVG, or PDF files inside.
Due to the immediate access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if a file is corrupted or won't open, reach out to us below and we will get you a replacement file.
