Welcome to MarketMain. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or listing any digital assets.
Listing products on MarketMain is completely free. We operate on a commission-based model. When a creator successfully sells a digital asset on MarketMain, a flat platform commission of 9% is deducted from the transaction total. The remaining 91% of the sale is remitted to the creator via our payment processor, Paystack. MarketMain reserves the right to modify commission structures with prior notice to active creators.
All items sold on MarketMain are digital goods (instant downloads). Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are generally not provided unless required by consumer protection laws or if the primary file is proven to be permanently corrupted or defective.
When you purchase a digital asset on MarketMain, you are granted a license to use the files in accordance with the specific License Agreement provided by the seller. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim the raw digital assets as your own.
Sellers on MarketMain retain ownership of their intellectual property but grant MarketMain the right to host and deliver their files to paying customers. MarketMain reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate copyright laws, upload malicious files, or attempt to bypass platform payment systems.
